• 1–3 years of experience in basic bookkeeping or accounts clerk role.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, double-entry bookkeeping, and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain General Ledger and daily journal entries with accurate categorization.
• Perform weekly/monthly bank reconciliations.
• Draft and issue client invoices; track payments and follow up on overdue balances.
• Review contractor invoices and log them under accounts payable.
• Collect digital receipts and attach them to ledger entries.
