Job summary

Homage, a caregiving and disability support platform, is hiring a Finance Associate to join our remote team in Malaysia, supporting the Singapore business. You will contribute to day-to-day finance operations and gain exposure to multiple finance functions.

You will focus on billing and accounts receivable, with opportunities to assist accounts payable, expense management, financial reporting and general accounting as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Xero is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Billing & Accounts Receivable: issue invoices, monitor ageing, follow up on overdue payments, maintain AR trackers, reconciliation of receipts, resolve discrepancies.
• Accounts Payable & Expense Management: process supplier invoices, verify documents, maintain records, support vendor reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: prepare data and reports, assist budgeting/forecasting, support ad hoc analyses.
• General Accounting & Finance Operations: bookkeeping, month-end close, audit prep, improve processes, support regional operations.
