Job summary

Selkirk Sport in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support U.S. accounting operations. This hybrid role requires strong data entry, fluent English, and the ability to work independently.

You will process vendor invoices and customer payments, reconcile transactions, manage AP/AR in our ERP, and assist month-end close. Google Sheets and Excel skills are essential. This position offers a hybrid work model (2 days WFH per week) with compensation up to RM 5,000 per month,

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High-volume data entry accuracy with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for reconciliations and reporting.
• Highly organized and able to work independently.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process high volumes of vendor invoices and customer payments.
• Reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) entries in our ERP.
• Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in supplier and customer accounts.
