Genpact is hiring an Associate - F&A for its I2C group in Malaysia. You will handle billing, invoicing, and CRM updates while ensuring accuracy and timely processing. The role supports AR management, cash application, and reconciliation tasks in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

You will collaborate with global teams, leverage Power BI insights, and contribute to metrics-driven improvements. This hybrid, day-shift role offers growth within Genpact's AI-driven transformation

Qualificações

• Bachelors in Accounting/Commerce/Economics/Finance required or similar.
• Certifications: CAMS, CFE, CFI and Power BI knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin (B1) helpful for global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Billing and Invoicing with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and update customer details in CRM systems.
• Process invoice corrections including credits and rebills.
• Respond to emails/queries from field teams and stakeholders.
• Support metrics and update Work Instructions as needed.
• Assist finance teams with AR and cash application tasks.
