Job summary

LittleLives Inc. is seeking a Finance Executive in Kuala Lumpur to manage end-to-end billing operations, AR collections, and SaaS revenue reporting. You will coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure statutory compliance across Malaysia and Indonesia.

The role requires 3–5 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in English. A hybrid work model is offered along with annual leave and health insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Proficiency in English for tax/audit discussions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Billing Operations for Malaysia & Indonesia.
• Manage AR, cash collection and monthly revenue reporting (MRR/NRR).
• Support period-end closing, journal entries, accruals and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare statutory financial statements compliant with MPERS/PERS/IFRS.
