LittleLives is seeking a Finance Executive in Kuala Lumpur to oversee end-to-end billing, AR management, and SaaS revenue reporting for Malaysia and Indonesia. You will interact with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulators to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

The role includes month-end close, SOP maintenance, and driving process improvements for billing efficiency. A relevant degree and 3–5 years in accounting, with SaaS exposure, are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience managing Malaysian entities and liaising with external auditors and tax consultants.
• SaaS/Software company or multinational exposure preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end monthly billing for Malaysia and Indonesia entities.
• Oversee AR and aging reports to ensure timely collections.
• Prepare SaaS revenue metrics: MRR, NRR, ARR.
• Support month-end close, journals and reconciliations.
• Liaise with auditors and tax consultants for statutory compliance.
• Draft statutory financial statements per MPERS/PERS/IFRS.
