Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities, engineering, or maintenance operations.
• Good knowledge of fleet and vessel preventive maintenance practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of fleet/vessel equipment and facilities.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise engineering and maintenance activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely rectification of technical issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and records relating to maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and asset management.
• Ensure adequate inventory and proper control of maintenance materials, tools, and equipment.
