Job summary

PCI Private Limited, a Celestica member, invites a Contract Logistics Planner for Malaysia (Remote). This 1-year contract role focuses on forecasting, ERP loading, and coordinating delivery plans with customers and internal teams.

You will monitor inventory, work with Purchasing and Production to expedite materials, maintain the forecast waterfall and line of balance, and participate in customer conference calls to resolve delivery matters while gaining exposure to EMS operations and global

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering/Business Admin/Supply Chain/Logistics
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in EMS industry
• Familiar with MRP or ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Review customers’ forecast and orders, then load into ERP
• Liaise and follow up with customers on delivery plan
• Monitor and work with Purchasing and production to expedite materials and production plan
• Minimize shipment backlogs and maintain inventory at optimal level
• Maintain forecast waterfall report and line of balance
• Participate in customer's conference calls for delivery matters
