Job summary

PCI Private Limited is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist based in Malaysia for a 1 year contract (WFH). The role involves reviewing forecasts, coordinating with customers on delivery plans, and working with Purchasing and production to optimise material flow and inventory.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Engineering/Business Admin/Supply Chain/Logistics, at least 3 years in Electronics Manufacturing Services, and familiarity with MRP/ERP (SAP preferred).

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering/Business Admin/Supply Chain/Logistics.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services.
• Familiar with MRP/ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review customers' forecast and order, then propose loading in ERP.
• Liaise with customers on delivery plans and follow up.
• Monitor with Purchasing and production to expedite materials and production plans.
• Minimise shipment backlogs and maintain inventory at optimal level.
• Maintain forecast waterfall report and line of balance.
• Participate in customer conference calls for delivery matters.
