Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a planning professional in Malaysia to act as the customer interface for demand planning and shipment information. You will develop a feasible operational plan, own its execution, and strive for customer satisfaction while minimizing liability and driving performance improvements.

You will collaborate with business units to develop demand plans, create master schedules, load them into ERP, and monitor revenue forecasts, ensuring corrective actions when targets are at risk.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• 1–2 years materials-related experience.
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with company software packages.

Responsibilities

• Develop collaborative demand plan with BU and customer.
• Create Master Schedule through resource analysis and capacity sizing.
• Load Master Schedule into ERP system.
• Create and maintain feasible production plan and drive execution with operations.
