Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of solid Demand Planning experience, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process-oriented skills, with good attention to detail and prioritization.
• Strong understanding of products, sales and customer needs, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP APO is highly desirable.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Build, validate, track and monitor planning robustness and execution.
• Serve as the key Supply Chain contact for assigned customer groups within the market.
• Drive improvements in overall Supply Chain efficiency and demand management.
• Lead and validate the unconstrained demand plan through time-sensitive planning cycles.
• Leverage data, statistics and planning tools to support effective decision-making.
• Maintain timely and accurate updates in ERP system based on the validated consensus demand plan.
• Ensure alignment between demand plans and agreed business actions to control forecast bias.
• Respond agilely to market changes and collaborate with markets and management to drive demand planning excellence.
