Informa TechTarget in Malaysia is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to join the Deal Desk team. You will provide data to the sales team at the pre-sale stage, mirror delivery of post-sale products, and manage contracts from signed agreement to order creation.

This cross-functional role requires learning product logic from setup to delivery and understanding contracting within today’s fast-paced online media environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 to 2+ years of relevant, marketing digital campaigns experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze key metrics and interpret them into actionable data points.
• Detail-oriented and extremely reliable.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize with urgency.

Mansioni

• Request campaign inventory and collaborate with internal teams to establish program parameters and develop client recommendations.
• Price products for contract components across multiple formats, including CPQ forms and agency templates (Excel).
• Execute pre-sale data requests for all Informa TechTarget initiatives.
• Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and approve Insertion Orders (IOs), Purchase Orders (POs), and sales contracts.
• Support the sales team with data-driven insights and recommendations to ensure successful campaign outcomes.
• Develop thorough understanding of Informa TechTarget's database and conversion metrics.
• Generate contracts that comply with corporate policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to validate signed contracts and create orders within order management systems.
• Process change orders with validated paperwork and accurate pricing.
• Partner with Finance teams to ensure accurate billing and invoicing, and timely contract booking.
