Job summary

Sonata CX is seeking a full-time, permanent Customer Service Associate in Petaling Jaya. The role involves contacting shoppers and auditors across APAC/Europe to plan evaluations and surveys, handling inquiries, and ensuring quality checks on reports while supporting database growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least a higher secondary education, strong English, and a proactive, hardworking attitude. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; some flexibility to work from home may be required.

Responsibilities

• Contact registered shoppers/auditors in APAC/Europe to allocate evaluations & surveys.
• Respond to shopper/auditor email enquiries.
• Quality check online reports & surveys according to service standards.
• Assist in recruiting new shoppers/auditors in APAC/Europe region to boost database.
