Job summary

Sonata Software Worldwide Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated customer service professional for a Full Time Permanent position based in Petaling Jaya.

You will contact registered shoppers/auditors across Asia Pacific and Europe to allocate evaluations and surveys, respond to enquiries, and help recruit new participants. The ideal candidate holds at least a higher secondary qualification, has good English, and demonstrates a hardworking, proactive approach.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary, STPM, ‘A’ Level, Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field
• Required language(s): Good Command of the English language
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya
• A hard working and dedicated approach
• Willing to work from home if required
• Preferable to have experience in Customer Service (but not essential)
• Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
