Job summary

Mimecast Limited is seeking a Channel Account Manager for Malaysia, with remote work options. You will shape and execute Mimecast's partner strategy across Malaysia and Greater Asia, building a high-performing partner ecosystem with distributors, resellers, and MSPs.

The role focuses on GTM planning, geo-expansion, and joint campaigns with sales and marketing to drive partner-generated revenue and pipeline. A strong track record in IT channel management and SaaS sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT channel and partner management.
• Proven track record of driving partner-generated revenue across Distributors, Resellers, and MSPs.
• Experience managing geo-expansion across ASEAN and Greater Asia.
• Established relationships across the regional partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a comprehensive Channel Business Plan for Malaysia-ASEAN and Greater Asia.
• Lead geo-expansion into new markets and identify distributor/partner models.
• Develop business plans with distributors, resellers, and MSPs and hit targets.
• Drive partner-generated pipeline and revenue and manage the opportunity funnel.
• Recruit and activate new resellers and MSPs; collaborate with regional marketing on joint campaigns.
• Oversee partner enablement and ensure partner compliance and satisfaction.
