Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a bilingual Healthcare HR Manager (Recruitment & Compliance) to lead end-to-end people operations, from workforce planning to credentialing and compliance in healthcare settings.

The ideal candidate fluently speaks English and Spanish or Mandarin, has 3–5 years in HR with management responsibility, and can drive process improvements while maintaining strict confidentiality. This role offers permanent work-from-home and immediate hiring considerations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HR with supervisory or management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field preferred.
• Experience in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
• Fluency in English plus Spanish or Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations, records, contracts, policies, and confidential documents.
• Lead recruitment, workforce planning, candidate pipelines, and hiring performance.
• Coordinate healthcare credentialing, licenses, certifications, and background checks.
• Manage onboarding, training coordination, docs, and system access.
• Address employee concerns, performance management, and policy implementation.
• Supervise HR staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor HR KPIs, reports, compliance risks, and workflow improvements.
• Communicate professionally in English and second language.
