AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Automation & SMT Equipment to drive growth across Asia with a fully remote setup. You will shape sales strategy, manage key accounts, and lead the full sales cycle from lead gen to closing deals.

You will recruit and develop a network of representatives, agents, and distributors while collaborating with global teams to deliver outstanding customer experience and meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven sales experience in machinery equipment sales
• Experience in automation, SMT, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or Marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient in CRM and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Asia sales strategy to hit targets and manage pipeline.
• Proactively target new customers and accounts; recruit and develop a network of reps and distributors.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and refine sales approaches.
• Nurture existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business; be primary contact for key customers.
• Collaborate with service, technical, and global teams to resolve issues and share insights.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to leadership.
