Kellanova AMEA is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Manager in Malaysia to lead reliability programs, drive maintenance excellence, and reduce unplanned downtime across end-to-end processing and packing assets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least 8 years of working experience.
• Sound practical knowledge of mechanical engineering (rotating equipment, fasteners, bearings, gearbox, valves, etc.).
• Practical knowledge of process equipment working mechanisms and principles (fryer, mixing, grinding, canister filling, packing machines, conveyors).
• Preferably experience in F&B industries with SAP system exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead RM COE and own Work Management element as part of reliability maintenance scope.
• Drive implementation of MWS for RM COE among engineering, technical, and operations teams with engagement, preparation, and training.
• Develop relationships with regional factories and share best practices for plant performance and MWS.
• Lead the RM team (3 Shift Supervisors, 6 shift Mechanical & 6 shift PCIS Technicians) on preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance with 24-hour coverage.
• Deliver high machine reliability through preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
• Guide the team in loss analysis to identify root causes and drive improvement and savings projects.
• Act as the expert contact for process, mechanical, and SAP-related support; coach SAP users.
