Job summary

Bunge Loders Croklaan Oils Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a seasoned Maintenance Manager to lead planning, scheduling and execution of mechanical maintenance across the plant. You will drive reliability, minimize downtime and manage safety, quality and cost initiatives.

Responsibilities include PM/PdM programs, CMMS management (SAP), spare parts planning, RCA-driven improvements, and leadership of a high-performing maintenance team in collaboration with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5+ years progressive industrial maintenance leadership experience.
• Expertise in PM/PdM program management, maintenance planning and CMMS (SAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Planning, Scheduling & Execution to optimize reliability, availability and performance.
• Lead complex mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Oversee Reliability Program incl. PM and PdM schedules.
• Manage CMMS end-to-end (SAP) for work orders, material reservations and data integrity.
• Drive spare parts inventory planning and procurement in SAP.
• Build and mentor a high-performing maintenance team.
• Lead RCA and Lean improvements to lift efficiency.
• Coordinate with Production, Project Engineering and Supply Chain for shutdowns and turnarounds.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and quality in planned work.
