Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the plant's reliability program and drive asset performance. You will oversee maintenance strategy, planning, and the technical teams to ensure optimal equipment uptime.

The role emphasizes TPM, predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement, with responsibility for budgets, CAPEX, and safety compliance across utilities and production assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering fields is required.
• 6–10 years in industrial maintenance with leadership experience.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and contractors.
• Proven knowledge of TPM, Lean, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the plant maintenance and asset reliability strategy.
• Lead maintenance, engineering, facilities, and technical teams.
• Establish preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Develop annual maintenance plans, budgets, and CAPEX proposals.
• Ensure high availability of production equipment.
• Lead root-cause analysis for major equipment failures.
• Implement TPM, continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee utilities, HVAC, power, and water systems.
• Manage maintenance safety and compliance programs.
• Provide input for equipment selection and project handovers.
