Job summary

FGV IFFCO SDN BHD is seeking a Maintenance Manager to plan and supervise daily mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance activities in our edible refinery facility in Selangor, Malaysia.

You will lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage TPM/MTBF metrics, and coordinate shutdowns while ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance. Strong SAP PM experience and hands-on leadership are essential to drive reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the edible refinery or food processing industry.
Good knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation systems.

Responsibilities

Plan and supervise daily maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment.
Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance programs are properly implemented.
Lead troubleshooting and repair activities for equipment breakdowns.
Respond promptly to major equipment failures.
Monitor equipment reliability, including MTBF and MTTR.
Develop and maintain PM schedules in SAP.
Coordinate planned shutdowns and major maintenance activities.
Enforce safety requirements (LOTTO, PTW, hot work, working-at-height).
Drive continuous improvements to operations and maintenance efficiency.
