Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking a Reliability Engineer in Penang, Malaysia to develop and implement reliability test plans for qualification and to define reliability requirements with design, quality, and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Materials Science, Physics, or related engineering field.
• Knowledge of reliability standards (e.g., Telcordia, GR468, MIL-STD, IEC).
• Experience with reliability testing, data analysis, and statistical methods.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good teamwork, communication and documentation skills.
