Job summary

Coherent Corp. in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Test Lab Assistant to support reliability testing. You will prepare test samples, perform testing, and ensure traceability in the system while strictly following SOPs and safety guidelines.

You will collect and report results, assist engineers with qualification activities, and maintain test equipment. The role requires attention to detail, good teamwork and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Electronics or related technical field.
• Hands‑on experience with reliability/environmental test equipment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of test methods and measurement tools (multimeter, digital communication analyzers, microscope).
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational skills for data collection and reporting.
• Ability to follow test plans and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
