About the role

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and client-focused candidate to manage established client relationships and help oversee our corporate-services operations across Singapore and Malaysia.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who can communicate confidently with clients, coordinate multiple deadlines, guide team members, resolve operational issues, and keep compliance, billing, and case‑management work moving on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ongoing questions, emails, WhatsApp messages, meetings, complaints, and service matters for clients who have been with the company for more than 12 months.
• Identify clients whose Annual Compliance is due, create opportunities, prepare quotations, follow up, and close sales for the required services.
• Prepare invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, maintain CRM records, and notify clients when accounting transaction limits are exceeded.
• Generate opportunity reports, investigate discrepancies between current- and prior-year figures, and follow up on unpaid invoices across new sales, Post Sales, and ad hoc cases.
• Perform ad hoc order-processing checks, complete monthly order tallies, and issue monthly statements of account.
• Coordinate related Malaysia Employment Pass renewals, residential-address updates, and payroll matters.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams, handle unforeseen operational issues, and elevate renewal issues, company handovers, and other matters requiring management approval.

Bank-Account Opening

• Coordinate bank-account opening applications for Singapore and Malaysia companies.
• Liaise with clients and banks on documents and follow up through to completion.

What we are looking for

• Relevant experience in corporate services, client servicing, operations, company secretarial work, accounting, auditing or a related professional-services environment.
• Working experiences as an Accountant, Auditor or Company Secretary is a plus
• Familiarity with Singapore and/or Malaysia corporate-services processes is an advantage.
