Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in commercial banking or development finance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with business clients, including CEOs, CFOs, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify and acquire new clients, expanding portfolio.
• Provide tailored financial solutions, including loans, deposits, trade finance, and treasury products.
• Assess clients’ financial health, prepare credit proposals, and mitigate risk.
• Promote bank products and services to maximize engagement and revenue.
• Ensure adherence to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Review client portfolios periodically to identify risks and take proactive actions.

Key Accountabilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with business clients, including CEOs, CFOs, and other key stakeholders.
• Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients, expanding portfolio.
• Financial Advisory: Provide tailored financial solutions, including loans, deposits, trade finance, and treasury products.
• Credit Analysis & Risk Management: Assess clients’ financial health, prepare credit proposals, and ensure risk mitigation.
• Cross-Selling: Promote MBSB Bank’s products and services to maximize client engagement and revenue.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts, identifying early warning signs, and taking proactive measures

Experience
