Job summary

Public Bank Berhad in Malaysia is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. You will promote financial planning products to clients and help them reach wealth goals while delivering quality service.

Daily outbound calls from supplied leads aim to secure sales appointments, and you will foster strong referrals by collaborating with branch staff. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with at least 5 passes with 3 credits in any subject and at least 3 years working experience.
• Fresh Diploma/Degree holders are also encouraged to apply; training in sales and product knowledge will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; result-oriented with desire to sell.

In this role, you will :-

• Promote financial planning products (i.e. Unit Trust, Bancassurance, Will Writing, Dual Currency and Deposit) to prospective customers and assist them to meet their short term and long term financial goal
• Perform daily calling from leads provided to secure sufficient daily sales appointments
• Establish good relationships with branch staff and other departments to encourage strong referrals for continuous business generation
• Participate in product promotional events to generate more sales

Requirements :-

• Minimum SPM qualification with at least 5 passes with 3 credits in any subject and at least 3 years working experience
• Experience in sales and customer service will be an added advantage
• Result-oriented with desire to sell
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
• Fresh Diploma/Degree holders are also encouraged to apply. Training in sales and marketing techniques and product knowledge will be provided
