Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Relationship Executive to support our SEA Enterprise Relationship Management team.

You will help drive account retention and revenue growth across assigned portfolios, coordinating with client success and implementation teams to resolve merchant requests and deliver compelling business reviews. You will liaise with senior management, understand client technology needs, and prepare materials for reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management with commercial acumen.
• At least 5 years of experience interacting with senior management.
• Keen interest in payments and technology.

Responsabilités

• Focus on account retention and revenue growth for assigned portfolio.
• Understand client needs and align client technology with business strategies.
• Prepare client-facing materials for business reviews by Relationship Management team.
• Uncover cross-sell opportunities through customer research and data analysis.
• Plan and track account activity and performance via CRM tools.
• Collaborate with client success and implementation teams on cross-functional issues.
• Act as secondary contact with merchants and coordinate with internal departments for prompt resolution.
• Coordinate on all merchant requests and monitor to meet service levels.

What You’ll Own

• Focus on account retention and continued revenue growth for assigned portfolio.
• Understand client needs and ensure alignment of client technology and business strategies.
• Prepare client-facing materials to support Relationship Management team in business reviews.
• Uncover cross-sell opportunities through customer research and data analysis.
• Plan and track account activity and performance via CRM tools.
• Collaboration with client success and implementation teams on cross-functional customer issues.
• Act as secondary contact with direct liaison with merchants and proactively coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution to merchant satisfaction.
• Coordination on all merchant requests, with monitoring to ensure completion within agreed service level.
• Other related duties as assigned.
