Standard Chartered is seeking a Regulatory Risk Conduct & Oversight Lead to oversee governance processes, horizon scanning, and policy management across jurisdictions. The role directly supports country teams and requires strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and risk reporting capabilities.

You will drive regulatory changes, maintain policy standards, and ensure ethical conduct in line with Group Code of Conduct while supporting business growth and offshore migration activities.

Responsabilités

• Strategy: join Risk and Compliance COO team and support lift & shift initiative.
• Processes: partner with country teams with variable scope.
• Regulatory Horizon Scanning: monitor regulatory developments and provide impact analysis.
• Policy Management: develop and maintain internal policies and governance lifecycles.
• Governance and Reporting: support governance forums and track commitments.
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Business teams.
• Support offshore migration activities and adopt an agile BAU approach.
• Business: support day-to-day country activities and RIU matters.
• People & Talent: embed ethics and CFCR standards across the group.
