Job summary

Standard Chartered in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Domain Finance & Governance Lead to enable Domains and Hives through strong financial governance, cost control, and proactive oversight. Partnership with Business Management and PMOs is essential to ensure optimal business outcomes.

You will drive end-to-end financial stewardship, monitor budgets and forecasts, manage contracts and invoicing, and provide transparent reporting. The role also involves BRP planning and leadership of junior staff.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Training: Clarity, ADO, aXess & MS Office.
• Languages: Excellent English communication skills – oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Contract Governance and vendor management across renewals and DRB processes.
• Budget, Forecasting & Spend Management for infrastructure.
• Financial Controls: ensure accruals, recharges, and cost allocations.
• Portfolio Governance: maintain data accuracy in systems and reporting.
• Agile Planning & Delivery Support: BRP enablement and delivery metrics.
