Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the annual compliance review plan for Malaysia.
• Collaborates with BRCOs and business areas to implement corrective actions.
• Monitors plan performance and reports to Board and Management.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members.
• Coordinate trainings and raise issues to leadership.
• Enforce standards and document key information.
