Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad is seeking a Senior Compliance Review Manager to develop, initiate and maintain the annual compliance review plan across Malaysia's 208 branches and 212 business areas. The role ensures forward-looking regulatory adherence and effective risk management through CRAM-aligned assessments.

You will monitor regulatory updates, collaborate with business units to address findings, and report to Board and Management, ensuring timely corrective actions and adherence to CRAM processes.

Qualifications

• Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks across financial institutions.
• Experience in risk assessment methodologies and CRAM would be an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops, initiates and maintains the annual compliance review plan across Malaysia.
• Collaborates with business/functional areas to evaluate and investigate compliance issues.
• Develops and implements corrective action plans for identified compliance issues.
• Monitors the performance of the annual compliance review plan and reports to Board and Management.
