Job summary

EMAX Beauté International is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Executive to manage regulatory compliance and liaison across Malaysia. You will oversee documentation, audits, and SOPs, ensuring alignment with authorities and internal policies. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and project management skills, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in regulatory compliance or government affairs.
• Strong understanding of Malaysia’s regulatory environment (KKM, MCMC, KKOM, SIRIM, JAKIM, KPDN).
• Experience with regulatory documentation, audits, licensing, and liaison.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with CCEP or ISO training is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance & stakeholder liaison with government bodies.
• Ensure effective compliance programs across the organisation.
• Prepare and submit reports, licenses, and statutory documents.
• Stay updated on regulatory laws and guidelines.
• Oversee compliance program implementation and framework.
• Respond to regulatory inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Analyze new regulations and propose strategic adjustments.
• Lead SOP development for regulatory requirements.
• Manage cross-department projects related to compliance.
• Develop tools and UI/technical specs for compliance systems.
• Monitor, document, and report compliance activities.
