Job summary

Emax Corporate in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Regulatory Compliance professional to lead liaison with government agencies and implement robust compliance programs. You will analyze regulations, develop SOPs, and manage cross-department projects to ensure timely reporting.

You will build relationships with regulators and industry bodies, conduct training, and disseminate updates to internal teams to maintain ongoing compliance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Public Policy, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in regulatory compliance, government affairs, or stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of Malaysia’s regulatory environment, including MCMC, KKOM, KPDNHEP, and AMLA.
• Experience in regulatory documentation, compliance audits, licensing, and government liaison.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with CCEP or ISO compliance training is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel for regulatory meetings and engagements.

• Training & Awareness: conduct training and disseminate regulatory updates within the organisation.
