Qualifications

• Registered with Nursing Board of Malaysia and holds a valid practicing license.
• Proficient in nursing documentation and patient record keeping.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Render professional nursing care to patients according to care plans.
• Receive and handover patient reports; ensure orders are carried out before shift change.
• Conduct regular patient assessments and adjust care plans as needed.
• Perform nursing rounds, document care activities, and communicate with doctors.
• Assist doctors during ward rounds and procedures; delegate tasks to team members.
• Maintain equipment/stock and ensure proper documentation of supplies.
