Job summary

The role requires valid nursing registration with the Malaysia Nursing Board, and certifications in BLS, ACLS and PALS. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, plus MS Office literacy, are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered with the Malaysia Nursing Board with a valid practicing license.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS and PALS are required.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; MS Office literacy.

Responsibilities

• Render professional nursing care to assigned unit as per policies and procedures.
• Carry out duties according to shift requirements and unit operational hours.
• Provide patient care with careful documentation and handover reports.
• Assess patients, re-plan nursing care, and prioritize patient needs.
• Communicate with doctors, consultants, patients and relatives to support care.
• Participate in unit meetings, health education, and quality of care initiatives.
• Assist in administration and act as nurse-in-charge when assigned.
