Formación

• Registered nurse with valid license to practice in Malaysia.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS and PALS are required.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and document care using nursing process.

Responsabilidades

• Render professional nursing care to patients in the assigned unit.
• Carry out doctors' orders and document progress during shift changes.
• Communicate patient status and any incidents to the medical team.
• Conduct regular nursing rounds and reassess care plans.
• Prioritize nursing actions based on patient needs and staff availability.
• Provide holistic care and maintain contemporaneous documentation.
• Collaborate with doctors, consultants and other disciplines.
• Assist Unit Manager and lead shift when required.
