Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad in Malaysia seeks skilled nurses to support ward operations under the Nursing Services, aligning care with our vision and mission. You will work shifts as assigned by the Unit Manager, hand over patient information, and ensure doctors’ orders are carried out during transitions.

You will conduct regular nurse rounds, assess patient conditions, replan care, document thoroughly, and communicate with doctors, patients and relatives to support compassionate, high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Nursing care aligned with Vision and Mission statements.
• Team-based patient care and effective communication.
• Ability to adapt to unit needs and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Attend unit meetings and participate in ward activities.
• Liaise with doctors/consultants regarding patient care.
• Conduct regular nursing rounds and assess patient condition.
• Document care accurately and contemporaneously.
• Assist doctors during rounds and procedures when required.
