Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is required.
Experience in training, facilitation, coaching, sales development, learning and development in Life Insurance or related industry is expected.
Professional certifications in training or coaching are a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver training programmes in accordance with curriculum and objectives.
Facilitate in-person and virtual learning sessions for participants at different levels.
Create engaging learning experiences to encourage participation and retention.
Support learners in applying knowledge through coaching and follow-up activities.
Partner with business leaders to drive continuous development and practical application of learning.
Monitor progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide constructive feedback to support growth and performance.
Ensure records, attendance, and reports are completed accurately and on time.
