Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Regional Trainer to drive growth and capability-building for our sales force across the region. You will design and deliver training programs, facilitate engaging learning sessions, and coach participants to apply new skills in real-world settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business leaders, continuous improvement of training quality, and effective reinforcement to achieve better performance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, facilitation, coaching, sales development, learning and development in Life Insurance or related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programmes in accordance with established curriculum and learning objectives.
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual learning sessions for participants at different development stages.
• Support learners in applying knowledge through coaching discussions and reinforcement activities.
• Maintain high standard of training delivery and learner experience; gather feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with leaders and fellow trainers to share best practices and learnings; ensure accurate records and reporting.
