FLEXTRONICS TECHNOLOGY (PENANG) SDN BHD is seeking a Total Rewards Manager for the SEA region, based in Bukit Minyak, Penang. You will design and implement compensation and benefits programs aligned with business goals, while ensuring market competitiveness and equity across levels.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
Typically requires 8+ years of professional management/direction experience, specialized in compensation and benefits in MNC.
Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, compensation frameworks, and market surveys.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver a multi-pronged Total Rewards communication strategy across the organization.
Strengthen the effectiveness of total rewards programs to drive performance, attraction, engagement and retention.
Provide functional leadership in Total Rewards to a team delivering HR strategy and supporting business success.
Demonstrate business acumen, partnership with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
Lead projects with strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
