Job summary

Schneider Electric Malaysia is seeking a regional technical lead for East Asia to act as the main customer technical contact and drive standardized, high‑integrity solutions across countries. You will coordinate technical teams, stay aligned with Lines of Business, and deliver design packages with safety, quality, and cybersecurity governance.

Fluent English and 7+ years in leading complex technical scopes are required.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering.
Fluent English.
7 years in leading technical scope of customer projects or parts of large & international projects.
Datacenters experience is a plus.
Technical experience in MV/LV, UPS, Busway, EPMS, Cooling equipment and BMS.
Ability to lead with agility in a complex & matrix environment.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication on technical strategy.
Ability to persuade stakeholders on proper project technical strategy.
Willingness to learn from others, share knowledge, coach others and collaborate.
Ability to read and understand applicable standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and approve basic and detailed designs of integrated solutions aligned with customer requirements.
Direct the technical team to deliver on time and within the project schedule.
Monitor costs and resources to keep the technical scope within budget.
Oversee technical activities at manufacturing sites, supplier premises, and testing facilities.
