Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead strategic sourcing for engineering roles across the Philippines and Malaysia. You will build strong candidate pipelines, partner with recruiters, and drive data-driven decisions to meet regional hiring priorities.

With 3+ years in industrial tech recruiting, you will influence stakeholders, manage global campaigns, and maintain data integrity in ATS/CRM while sharing best practices with regional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in Industrial Technology and Manufacturing.
• Experience participating in intake calls, screening, interviewing, offers & negotiation.
• Experience sourcing for SEA and oversee market is a plus.
• Experience in HR Shared Services or GCC is an added advantage.
• Data-driven decision making for talent strategies.
• Ability to build talent maps, pools, pipelines and market reports.

Responsibilities

• Utilize creative sourcing approaches, experience in X-ray searches, search engine optimization, social sourcing, and Boolean strings.
• Create, maintain, and strengthen contact with talent communities for TE’s core engineering skill sets for PH and Malaysia region.
• Lead development of talent pipelines/pools that fulfil business needs per regional plans.
• Provide value-added sourcing advice to stakeholders to influence hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with recruiters in Philippines & Malaysia and other regions for alignment.
• Ensure data integrity in ATS/CRM and maintain high data integrity.
• Share best practices with regional sourcing teams and the larger team.
• Identify bottlenecks in sourcing/recruitment and drive resolutions.
• Proactively identify and drive opportunities for improvements.

Job description

• Utilize creative sourcing approaches, experience in X-ray searches, search engine optimization, social sourcing, and Boolean strings.
• Create, maintain, and strengthen contact with talent communities for both active and passive candidates within TE’s core engineering skill sets for Philippines & Malasia region
• Lead the development of meaningful talent pipelines/pools that fulfil business needs, as defined by regional / business specific recruitment plans
• Provide value-add sourcing advice to key stakeholders to influence and persuade talent decisions and strategies.
• Closely collaborate with recruiters based in Philippines & Malasia and other global regions to align sourcing strategy with hiring priorities and ensure seamless candidate progression
• Ensure data integrity in maintaining records in our ATS/CRM and maintain high data integrity.
• Collaborate with regional sourcing teams and share best practices with the larger sourcing team.
• Identify bottlenecks or challenges in the sourcing and recruitment process and work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve them, ensuring continuous progress on critical roles
• Proactively identify and drive opportunities for improvements.

What your background should look like:

• 3+ years of industry experience, preferably in Industrial Technology and Manufacturing, with exposure to sourcing across functions like Engineering, Operations, Sales, Product, and Strategy.
• Participate on intake calls, screening/assessing, interviewing, preparing and extending offers, i.e. compensation negotiation, debriefs.
• Prior experience sourcing/recruiting for SEA and oversees market is a plus.
• Experience working in an HR Shared Services model or Global Capability Center (GCC) is an added advantage.
• Ability to leverage a data-driven approach to make decisions.
• Ability to build talent maps, pools, pipelines and talent market reports.
• Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines or hiring targets.
• Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and team first mentality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns across global geographies.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, Microsoft Office and knowledge of using recruitment databases.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors is preferred.
