Job summary

Biopharmaceutical MNC in Selangor, Malaysia, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 12-month contract with hybrid onsite (2 days). You will support recruitment activities, partner with hiring stakeholders, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract top talent.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in talent acquisition, preferably in life sciences or related industries, with strong sourcing via LinkedIn and job portals, and experience with Malaysian

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
• Exposure to MNC, manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical or tech environments advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels.
• Strong sourcing and engagement via LinkedIn and online platforms.
• Knowledge of Malaysian recruitment practices and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define manpower needs and priorities.
• Create targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn and portals.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews and assessments.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming roles.
• Provide recruitment updates and market insights to stakeholders.
