Job summary

Teach For Malaysia is seeking a Regional Trainer for Program Duta Guru to lead training, coaching, and mentoring for STEM educators across states. You will collaborate with district and state education offices, schools, and private partners to drive development and impact.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of teaching or teacher-support experience, strong data-driven coaching skills, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience or experience working with in-service teachers.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or adult facilitation is an advantage.
• Exposure to STEM education practices and trends is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver regional training and development activities with local stakeholders.
• Foster collaborative learning culture and peer-to-peer support networks.
• Monitor participant progress and use data to identify growth opportunities.
• Build partnerships with schools and education offices to support impact.
• Collaborate with regional partners to enhance professional growth.
• Ensure administrative and reporting tasks align with guidelines and processes.
• Share insights with the national team to improve program consistency.
