Teach For Malaysia seeks a Design and Training Specialist, Senior Associate to design, deliver, and enhance the Program Duta Guru curriculum, equipping teachers with the knowledge, skills, and mindsets to strengthen STEM interest.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external experts, delivering in-person and virtual training sessions, analyzing learning progress, and refining content for scalable publication across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the education sector.
• Experience designing professional development for educators is an advantage.
• Ability to develop blended learning resources for adult learners.
• Ability to analyze participation data to inform curriculum.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to design and deliver training modules.
• Plan, facilitate, and monitor in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Evaluate participant progress using data indicators and inform curriculum improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure training delivery across regions.
• Document and package curriculum content for scalability and publication.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of learning structures and assessment systems.
