Job summary

Teach For Malaysia is seeking a regional program coach to facilitate the delivery of Program Duta Guru. You will coach, mentor and coordinate with district and state stakeholders to build a strong learning culture for STEM educators.

You will report to the Coaching and Support Manager and travel between regional sites as needed, contributing to high-quality program delivery and participant growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching, coaching or adult facilitation is an advantage.
• Ability to travel between work sites as required.
• Proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple work streams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate regional training and development activities with stakeholders.
• Build and sustain collaborative learning cultures among regional participants.
• Monitor participant progress and use data to drive growth opportunities.
• Develop partnerships with schools and education offices to support impact.
• Collaborate with partners and private networks to enhance participant development.
• Ensure administrative and reporting requirements align with guidelines.
• Share insights with the national team to improve regional programs.
