Job summary

TechSource Systems Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Regional Software License Compliance Account Manager to drive licensing compliance and subscription revenue growth.

Collaborate with Legal, Sales and Customer Success to identify unauthorized use, engage customers in compliance discussions, and convert non-compliant users into licensed subscribers. The ideal candidate combines strong negotiation skills with knowledge of software licensing models, CRM processes, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Information Technology, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, licensing, compliance, software asset management, or account management.
• Experience in negotiating commercial agreements and contracts.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SaaS subscriptions, software licensing, or software asset management is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive software licensing compliance and subscription revenue growth. Identify unauthorized use and engage customers in compliance discussions.
• Negotiate licensing resolutions and convert non-compliant users into subscribers.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales and Customer Success on compliance investigations and enforcement.
• Develop and execute compliance engagement strategies to convert customers to licensed subscribers.
• Manage compliance-related sales opportunities from identification through closure.
• Track compliance conversion metrics and revenue performance.
