Job summary

TechSource Systems in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Regional Software License Compliance Account Manager to drive licensing compliance and subscription revenue. You will collaborate with Legal, Sales and Customer Success to identify non-compliant users, negotiate resolutions, and convert them into licensed subscribers.

You will combine strong negotiation skills with knowledge of SaaS licensing, asset management, and cross-functional collaboration, while traveling regionally 20–40% to regional offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in enterprise software sales, licensing, compliance, or account management.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and contracts.
• Willingness to travel regionally (20–40%).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Legal on compliance investigations and enforcement activities
• Identify organizations potentially using unlicensed, under-licensed, or unauthorized versions of the company’s software
• Negotiate commercial settlements, licensing agreements, and subscription contracts
• Drive revenue growth through software license regularization and subscription sales
• Track compliance conversion metrics and revenue performance
