Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Blower Sales Manager to drive regional revenue expansion across Malaysia. You will manage a dual go-to-market model with distributors and direct key accounts in municipal wastewater, industrial processing, and OEM/EPC sectors.

You will lead joint customer visits, deliver complete technical proposals, manage channel conflicts, and conduct territory market mapping to capture high-value opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of direct technical sales and channel management experience in industrial equipment or process machinery.
• Strong wastewater treatment domain knowledge preferred (municipal/industrial).
• Experience selling heavy industrial equipment into cement, food processing, power generation, energy, or oil & gas.
• Advanced market intelligence, territory mapping, and account strategy.

Responsibilities

• Distributor Enablement: Partner with authorized distributors to organize joint sales initiatives and align commercial goals.
• Operational Interface: Liaise between distributors and internal teams to resolve hurdles and maintain channel execution.
• Channel Capability: Plan training programs, campaigns, and events to enhance partner capabilities.
• Target Account Sourcing: Identify and secure EPC, OEM, municipal, and corporate accounts across Malaysia.
• Consultative Proposals: Understand client requirements to structure complete technical proposals and demos.
• Contract Negotiations: Lead tender discussions and finalize terms for high-margin orders.
• Territory Market Mapping: Conduct SWOT, analyze competitive activity, map market volumes.
• Analytics & Forecasting: Deliver monthly reports on pipeline, deals, and market trends.
