Job summary

Alfa Laval Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced Regional Sales Manager for Refinery & Renewable Fuels to lead sales across South-East Asia, Taiwan and Oceania.

You will drive strategy, build strong customer relationships and close major opportunities for High Efficiency Heat Exchangers. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering and 10+ years in complex industrial sales, preferably in refinery sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in Sales (Complex or Service Sales) within the refinery industry.
• Experience in Refinery Industry (sales experience, not a tech expert).
• Experience with High Efficiency Heat Exchangers is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of SEA market.
• Energetic and proactive leadership across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for High Efficiency Heat Exchangers in SEA, Taiwan and Oceania Refinery markets.
• Promote and sell Alfa Laval heat exchangers and spot opportunities for AIR products.
• Lead and collaborate with the RRF Sales Team within BU WHE.
• Identify and develop business opportunities within Refinery markets and secure direct sales.
• Maintain CRM rigor and nurture long-term customer relationships.
